I have been a new client for the Kalfus and Nachman Pc every since August, very extremely high excellent service and I would like to say a very special thank you to my paralegal, actually Ashely Gay she is very wonderful at her job very attended and so much more. I am grateful and blessed to have Miss Ashley as my paralegal she will jump right to it to make sure that you are well taken care of. She is a very hard worker she have wonderful sense of humour, but also serious at the same time she deserves a raise.🙏🏾😊🤗 I i’m very glad that I I have chosen Kalfus and Nachman thank you Ashley. The absolute WORST law firm ever my fiance & I have been waiting on a case from Nov 2022 which was transferred from Franklin and Franklin because they retired and it has been a headache/NIGHTMARE every since they had the case from 2022. The case is scheduled to go to court which now they are telling me, I may not even get a court date until 2026 hopefully, I'm still alive. I will never ever do business with this law firm ever again.. The case went from Mr. Smircina & Ashley Gay which we NEVER heard from Mr. Smircina to supposedly the supervisor of litigations to now someone else name Scott said/his paralegal Melissa. They do not reach out once a month as they state you always have to contact them to get any updates on your case. This has been an ongoing nightmare. I will be so glad when it's over I'm looking to transfer my case to another law firm if someone will pick it up 4yrs to wait to settle is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAW FIRM AGAIN! Every ATTORNEY/PARALEGAL WE HAVE DEALT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE NOTHING BUT PROMISES AFTER PROMISES and then you have to repeat the same thing to everyone they keep assigning you to.

Ms. RHONDA TURNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE TO MY CASE. I was truly impressed with my service at Kalfus and Nachman.

This is worst most unresponsive law firm ever. My wreck happened in 2016 it's 2024 and this guy Thomas Fitzgerald is just sitting on my money and not picking up the phone. Me and VA have both tried to get in contact with this attorney and he is not responding so basically he's a scammer now. We're talking about $67,500
