The worst part of my experience about my accident and being hurt was how the insurance company delayed every way they could. The best part of my experience was that Christopher Jacobs handled my case when suit was filed. He was great at keeping me informed and calling me. He even made sure my mother and I had his direct number to his desk. He forced the defendant to stop with the delays and reimburse me for my losses. Christopher and his paralegal Emily were great!

If you're ever in a car accident, I highly recommend Kalfus & Nachman Attorneys at Law. I've never had a more comfortable experience throughout my ordeal. The paralegal assigned to my case, Danielle C. Ortolano is the most kind, patient, and understanding person. She was very polite and if I had a simple question, she had the answer. As for my Attorney Brian Thomasson he's awesome. He has a flare for making his clients comfortable and his sense of humor was refreshing and welcoming. The staff is friendly and very professional. The receptionist was attentive and extremely nice. Although I didn't get her name, she the first person you encounter and the last one you speak with when leaving the office.
