I was denied my SSDI claim at first. I am so grateful to attorney Deborah Vaughn. She helped guide me and get my hearing scheduled and I was finally approved. I have to thank Brandon and Jocelyn as well as they all kept in constant contact with me, answered any questions I had all the way to the end. Kalfus & Nachman will be my go to from now on.

This by far has been the best experience me and my wife have had with a law firm. After my wife’s case was rejected by most law firms in Hampton roads. We called Kalfus & Nachman. Mrs. Debbie Vaughn took our case and told us that it was going to be a tough case and we really knew it would be. She however took the case because she really cared about helping us. Her and her paralegal Mrs. Amanda Oliver worked tirelessly to help us get the records and came up with a plan going forward. The communication was great and the day of the hearing she really presented our case and not only did we win the case it was a quick decision. If I ever have to use a lawyer again Kalfus & Nachman will be our first call. Thank you Mrs. Vaughan and Mrs. Oliver for taking a case that had a very low percentage of winning and absolutely crushing it. It has lifted a huge burden off our family.
