I have a case going on with them now and the communication is terrible. UPDATE:3/14/2022 Still having the same problem. You must have a big case to get communication from them. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

100% dissatisfied!! After a year and a half of waiting to hear back from Mr.Smircina we finally asked for our file and left. I have been nothing but patient with this law firm and have dealt with nothing but rude and nasty people. Throughout the 17 months we were dealing with Mr.Smircina with our case I think my husband and I only called maybe 4 times to check on the status of things and each time I was talked to like an inconvenience. Our case should not have even taken a year! Much less a year and a half with ZERO communication from anyone!! I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. If you want someone who actually cares about you and your case, please do your research and find another law firm.

Chris Jacobs was great at helping me navigate this as easily as possible and getting me the best settlement possible. Was very satisfied with my experience even with Covid going on!
