Pretty good company, had some unexplained delays, but once we got past that, quick response and settlement. Mr Hernandez answered all of our questions and quickly scheduled a settlement meeting.

Kalfus & Nachman is the best firm Agency. They get you the money you deserve. They work hard for you. I will definitely use them again for any other situation.

Edit: After having spoken with my attorney directly ( I had not attempted to due so yet when I originally posted this review, being under the impression that I only needed to converse with his paralegal) the issue I previously complained of was quickly resolved . Basically some extenuating circumstances had occurred, and that caused a delay. I do not blame anyone at this law firm for what occurred, and in the end I am a very satisfied customer,and would recommend this firm for your personal injury claim needs. If you want a lawyer that knows how to behave in a court room,hire this firm. If you want a lawyer that responds to you in a timely manner ,search elsewhere. After having received a letter in the mail from the insurance company,stating that my check has been sent to my attorney , I called to inquire about the status of my money. The paralegal I spoke to was very quick to say "well,the check just got here on Monday! So, it's going to be at least until Tuesday before you can get your money! " I said "that's fine,I am moving to North Carolina next week,and just wanted some sort of timeline on when I would receive my money,and how. " She said she would call me on Tuesday, and never did. That was almost 2 weeks ago at this point,I have called on 4 different occasions ,and been referred to voicemail every time. Her voicemail says she will return your call within 24 hrs,which is a lie. If there is a reason why I cannot be issued my check yet,I understand, but you would expect to at least be spoken to politely ,and informed why,right?! My trade is not LAW,thats why I hired a lawyer! In MY trade, if a customer asks how their equipment works,I have no issue explaining that to them! I guess it works differently for paralegals.
