Early on contact with my attorney was a little slow but he was trying to force information from the defendants and their insurance company. Then my case had to go to litigation. Christopher Jacobs took over as my litigation lawyer and he forced the defendants to court and the insurance company to pay for my injuries due to a dog bite. His paralegal Emily was awesome as both Chris and Emily worked together to make sure I was informed of every step. Kalfus & Nachman did a fine job for me.

This firm as a whole , from top to bottom , was full of rude , unprofessional employees. Every time i called for an update on my case , i reached voicemails with no call backs & was told cases are likely to take extra time due to rotating “vacations”. Incompetent is an understatement. As the client , you do ALL the work , all they will do for you is submit a request for medical records which they take an outrageous amount out of your settlement for (not included in lawyer fees) . It took 4 months from the time i was done with treatment for them to even start the negotiation process , which i had to stay on top of them to do . Do not recommend this law firm !!
