Everyone from Ella at the front desk to Emily (paralegal) to my attorney Colin O’Dawe....wonderful, helpful, and professional. This was a stressful situation but they were there every step of the way. I could not have asked for better representation!!!

My husband and I got in a horrible accident and Blair and his team helped guide us along through a very tough and grueling process. They took all the stress off our hands and got us both individually settlements I never even thought was possible. A special thank you to Lynell for being so patient with all of the phone calls and our questions through out the case because there definitely were many. She always made sure I was okay and even called me to check up on me while I was in physical therapy. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who has been in an accident.

I had a crash on my birthday. I was hurt and obtained treatment but from that point on the insurance company did everything they could do to deny or shun their responsibility. I had healthcare providers who were jaded and wrote their notes slighting me. I hired Kalfus and Nachman which was good and my attorney Chris Jacobs was great. He prepared with me for what to expect throughout the court process. He brought the case to trial and presented my case to the court and I had a fantastic but fair outcome eventhough the defense wanted to paint me in a negative light. The court saw the truth and was fair.

I was initially impressed with my discovery of Kalfus & Nachman. I first met Ms. Jaynie. She gave me the infoinform I needed to contact a lawyer. I was assigned to Mr. Paul Hernandez. At that point things started to go down hill from there. I spoke to him twice. Then I was passed onto Ms. Carmen which was the person who handled all of my paper work. She was honest and always a delight to speak with. Always returning my calls. Mr. Paul then assigned me to Colin O'Dawe. I was given the run around to speak with him. Never met him the entire time my case was going on in person. Because my case wasn't big in financial gain I was not given the attention someone who would gain the company a big financial hit. I was not treated the same. I was not given the the information I needed to have a successful case in court so I was told to settle several times. The lawyer and I both got the same amount of money and I was the one in pain and inconvenienced in this case. I was treated as if I was a bother. Very unprofessional lawyers there. The only reason I rated this post was to speak on my personal experiences. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I feel as if I was a bother instead of a paying client. This I can honestly say was the worst experience I've ever had. This company is only for big wins. My case was not taken serious. My injuries were though.

My experience with Kalfus and Nachman was excellent. Ms.Ella, the concierge was so welcoming and pleasant. Also communicating with my attorney Blair, as well as Chip & Lynell was a breeze. They kept me informed and up to date on my case. Really appreciate their help!
