Whenever my wife or I needed any legal services or advise we have come to always depend on Berry & Berry. Their legal services just can't be beat. We will always look to them first for our legal needs.

Would give them zero stars if it were possible. John Berry was nice at our first meeting but become rude and arrogant (once he got my retainer). I hired him and without telling me he went on a several week vacation to Greece knowing I had a deadline. He handed me off to an underling. My case tanked. On top of everything else, they double billed me. Would NOT recommend wasting your money with this firm!

I was working for a federal agency at Puerto Rico without any incident for more than 10 years and one day someone made serious allegations against me. The agency just removed me without taking in consideration my side of the story. I decided to contact Mr. John Berry. His helper, Audrey, took the call and I felt support from the very beginning. We coordinated phone calls and Mr. Berry listened my situation with attention and then he offered realistic options. He started working on my case from day 1. Berry consulted me for every step of the process and respected all my decisions. He informed me about the facts and challenges all the time. I could contact him anytime by emails or coordinate calls. He prepared many very profesional documents timely with my complete satisfaction. the agency insisted on removal decision but we appealed strongly. A hearing was coordinated and Mr. Berry came to Puerto Rico and we met in person for the first time. He gave me a very effective orientation about the situation and he did a magnificent job at the hearing. Result: we won!!! John Berry, thanks for believing in me and for accepting my case against all odds. My family and me found peace and new hopes for our future together. I am in the process of reintegration to my job. I hired Ms. Berry to represent me in a discrimination claim. After spending several thousands of dollars, and at a critical deadline, she informed me that she was no longer arguing cases. She found another attorney, who had no time to get up to speed on my case. It was a mess and emotionally damaging to me. I lost all respect for this firm and hope that they never do this to another client. Ms. Berry had already given birth at the time that she discontinued counsel. I am sure that her records reflect this fact.

Kimberly Berry was very upfront with me about my chances of success and the costs associated with my case. I made the decision to move forward and I am glad I did. With the help of Melissa Watkins. Ms. Berry brilliantly argued my case and made sure that all of my rights were preserved by filing in a timely manner. This case was my last resort because my previous attorneys had failed to meet required deadlines and file appropriate documentation. Ms Berry was brilliant. My case was settled below budget and ahead of schedule. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am. I was in a horrific situation at work and Kim and Emily really helped get through it. When I called to make an appointment for consultation, Audrey really took the time to listen to me over the phone and she showed a lot of compassionate and really cared. She set me up for a consultation with Kim. When my husband and I sat down for consultation with Kim, she really the took the time to listen. She ended up going beyond the one hour for consultation and showed that she cared and wanted to help me. Both Emily and Kim wrote and an outstanding letter because they put a lot of time and effort into writing that letter. Not only did they do a great job with the letter, they answered my e-mails and phone calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole process. They never gave up on my situation and they fought for me until I had a positive outcome. Now, I am in a much better situation. That would never have happened it is weren't Kim and Emily going above and beyond to help get there. It was definitely worth every penny because it saved my career. I would HIGHLY Berry & Berry because they are very knowledgeable in their field and the staff at Berry & Berry is very caring and compassionate towards their clients.
