I do not recommend Rebecca for legal representation. She was extremely unresponsiveness (except when I informed her I was firing her!), was slow to file for me, misled me about what she could accomplish for my case in my favor, she actually filed my custody motions with incorrect wording that can be easily disputed, and she never actually showed up for me. Not once did Rebecca attend my hearings- she sent others in my place who either a) had such little experience she didn't know whether to sit or stand in front of the judge or b) actually showed up LATE, while I was standing in front of the judge and I had no idea who this woman was. I am not sure if Rebecca is spreading herself too thin, a mediocre attorney, or just lazy. I am filing a complaint with the Virginia Bar regarding her mishandling of my case. She was an embarrassment to me as my "attorney."
