I cannot say enough amazing things about Elizabeth. She is professional, friendly, and understanding. Elizabeth was on top of everything each step of the way during my case. She kept me informed and notified me of any changes. This was a difficult case and she was the perfect person for the job! She puts her heart into her work and she cares about her clients. If there were 100 stars to give, I would give more! For me, it was important to feel heard and Elizabeth not only delivered on that, but she also made me feel understood. Her presence in the courtroom is outstanding! I am highly satisfied.

Completely unprofessional firm. They do not give you clear guidance on protocol, then they blame the client for it. They take your money then drop the case. I asked to talk to a partner there about it and he completely ignored my email. Also notice their reply to resolve the issue. It is all a lie. I did call them to resolve the issue, it’s not the owner responding, and they still told me where to stick it. They don’t care about you at all as a client or a person even.

Melone Hatley, although I never actually used the law services to this point, the professionalism and willing to assist folks in need of guidance during difficult time is unmatched. I scheduled the initial consultation in March of 2024 and found Mark Anderson to be amazing, he was so helpful and answered all of my questions in full. He willingly stayed on the phone with me well past the time that he had scheduled. The information he provided certainly assisted me in my time of needed and provided comfort to me at the time. I then reached out again recently to discuss putting Melone on retainer to find out that my wife will be filing out of state, which of course changes everything for me, since my plan was to use Melone Hatley services. Even with this information, Mark was more than happy to assist with my situation from a support perspective and provided ideas on a path forward. If you want a family law practice that cares and is fully invested in you then this is the firm for you. I say this without actually retaining their services, but if the rest of the firm is anything like Mr. Anderson they are the right ones to use. Thanks so much

I used Stoltz Law to prepare a service agreement for my business, and the entire experience was efficient, smooth, and very professional. Jeff is friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and was timely in his responses. In addition, I felt that he took the time to understand my business model and needs so that he could deliver a contract that would best meet them. After Jeff prepared the agreement, I had some questions about specific clauses, and he patiently explained the rationale behind them. I will definitely recommend Jeff's legal practice to others.

My experience with Melone Hatley left much to be desired. I scheduled what was advertised as a "free consultation," expecting to gain valuable perspective on my legal situation. However, the reality was far from what was promised. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a "client services coordinator," not someone with any legal expertise. Despite clearly expressing my expectations to gain insight into my case, I was met with disappointment. I mentioned, "I have an expectation that I will gain some perspective about my situation in whatever form that may be. If it is just to provide all information from my side, provide previous legal documents I have[,] to get nothing back, I wish to cancel the meeting." Instead of addressing my concerns or offering alternatives, I received an automated meeting cancellation notice. It became evident that the so-called "free consultation" was merely a formality to gather information from clients without providing any meaningful guidance or legal perspective. This practice raises serious questions about the integrity and transparency of their advertised services. In contrast, I have had positive experiences with other law firms that offer genuine free consultations. These firms promptly respond to inquiries, engage directly with clients, and provide valuable insights even before the initial meeting. They understand the importance of establishing trust and building a solid foundation for client-attorney relationships. In conclusion, if you are seeking a law firm that values your time and provides meaningful consultations, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Melone Hatley may need to reconsider their advertising strategies and ensure that their "free consultations" align with the expectations of potential clients.

I would not advise anyone to use this law firm. They started by promising that their initial consultation was free but ended up charging me for every single email they initiated. It is the worst law firm I have come across in terms of billing for non-existent services. My retention deposit of $2500 was reduced to $1753. The billing invoice noted that the charge of $501 out of my retention deposit was an amount due on another bill. This is crazy. Meanwhile, they are charging my credit card on file, so why turn around to reduce my retention deposit to $1753. I ended my contract with them mostly because of the invisible services they were billing me for. I have dealt with other law practices that charge only when actual services are provided. This is horrible. They wanted me to use a second borrowed attorney from a different law firm with an additional retention fee of $5000 for a protective order representation session. My question was, what happened to their own attorney that they had to hire another one from a different firm to pin my $5000 down? My divorce process was mostly halted because of the thousands they had already charged me over un-existed services, even though settlement contesting never started. They set my credit card up for bi-weekly billing and bill same😭. Iam weeping now. I hope the $1753 of the refund comes through immediately. I will quickly replace my credit card on file with them. Horrible. My attorney Ariana was nice and understanding. I wish she move to another firm or go independent.

Jeff and his team have been amazing to work with. We worked with Jeff through a recent acquisition and couldn't have done it without him. He's timely, thorough, and a great advocate. I cannot recommend enough!
