Rebecca Melone completely mismanaged my entire case. Which should have been pretty basic. Assigning my case to an attorney who is no longer working there due to mental health concerns and alcoholism- he didn't upload my documents correctly, scheduled my hearing for 6 months in to the future which made me incur tons more fees and then was fired. The next lawyer I was given was brand new to the firm and seemed to be working hard on my case however having to pick up the pieces from the prior attorney was a nightmare. The firm then told this new attorney, that because I wasn't paying as much on my bill as other clients that he should slow down the work he was doing on my case. This again, caused further fees to be incurred. The attorney didn't think this was morally acceptable and was put on a forced leave since he didn't agree to slow the pace of my case - eventually leaving the firm. Then I was assigned to a third attorney who was pleasant, but a brand new lawyer with little experience and didn't even file my motion to modify custody which I didn't even discover until being in front of the judge. I'm not sure if my situation is a fluke but it was an absolute nightmare and I'm still dealing with repercussions in my life because of the way they mismanaged things.

Jeff is fantastic--knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. He's a great listener who applies his expertise to solve even complicated problems for clients. Definitely recommend this firm.
