Ellen has a terrific blend of solid reasoning and tenacity that gives her the ability to work for the appropraite resolution above all else. She is very technically strong and has a style of educating her clients so they can view things from a proper perspective and come to likely solutions. She is even tempered, but very strong in her approach. The relationship between Ellen and her client is always strong because she makes every attempt to educate her clients and keep them informed. Ellen is a very solid emplyment lawyer and one of the finest I have had the chance to work with.
