Mr. Berlik and Snapper were great in handling our case. We had an issue with theft of our proprietary files and an employee breaking the Fiduciary law and starting their own business while being employed with us. Mr. Berlik carefully reviewed our case, evidence and all other data through the initial consultation and told us what our option were for mitigation. Mr. Snapper carried forward the case with utmost care and professionalism and we were able to achieve every single demand from the opposing party. The case was settled without going to litigation with every single demand met to our satisfaction.
