I was hit by a car as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. While you might think that was an open and shut case, the driver's insurance company tried hard to reduce their payment to the minimum. Mr. Findlater worked card to find video of the accident and other evidence to put together a strong case for court, in case the insurer did not come up with an acceptable offer. Thanks to his detailed prep for court, he did persuade the company to give me a decent offer in the end. I would definitely never have achieved this settlement on my own. He explained what my options were every step of the way, was clear on what to expect, and worked hard for over a year to get the settlement I wanted.

Christopher did a wonderful job from start to finish! He and his team are really great with communication providing updates every step of the way and although my case was a bit different and likely required some additional research he always made it feel like my case was of the upmost priority.
