Matthew Kensky's professionalism and years of experience was incredibly helpful in getting my charge dropped. He provided excellent guidance in prepping me for court. His knowledge of Virginian Criminal Law and the justice system proved especially important when the state prosecutor wanted me to stipulate guilt, but Matthew was able to change the decision. I had the occasion not so long ago to be in the need of a lawyer. Yes, I broke numerous traffic laws, and had a happy-go-lucky police officer who wanted to send me to Gitmo. Thankfully, Gitmo is under federal jurisdiction, and Happy Cop was state police and could only destroy my ability to drive. I had a simple traffic infraction but found myself in serious trouble.
