Mrs. Powell is very kind, honest, professional, well spoken. She always kept me updated and prepared me for all scenarios so I was never blind sided. She knows the laws and she knows exactly what happens in the courtroom to prepare you.

Natalie is an excellent attorney and was able to work with me, despite my limitations, she always encouraged and empowered me but never made false promises. Natalie is an especially helpful lawyer. She treated me with dignity and respect and has been extremely patient with me. She offered a lot of advice on my case and when my case was declined she was still helpful and explained how SSDI and SSI work, the rules, etc. Natalie is by far the friendliest disability lawyer I've encountered, and she really leaves one with a sense of hope for the future, even if the case seems bleak. Other disability lawyers tend to not return calls or emails if it's not an easy win, but Natalie is not afraid to try the hard cases and give hope for a better tomorrow. I'm grateful for all the help she offered me. She's able to explain the complex things in a way I can understand and then explain to others. She truly cares about her clients, and you'll be in good hands with Natalie.
