This company is great I worked with them when I was in a car accident and they was great. When I needed questions answered or didn’t understand something they took time out to explain what was going on. They also kept me updated whether it was through email or phone call. They did a Phenomenal job. I recommend anyone looking for a great attorney look no further

For the first 2 years dealing with this law firm was NOT a good experience. They changed my case manager 3 three without informing me. I only found out when I called to ask for my case manager and was told they no longer worked there (3 times). I found out my lawyer was suspended by the VA Bar association and VACAIL did not inform until after the suspension was coming to an end. I am a military veteran and my case manager and lawyer did not know how to go about to getting my medical records and billing since I had gone to the Navy Hospital to get examined. I personally went to the Navy Hospital to get my records, scanned and sent them to VACAIL myself. I also obtained a POC at the Navy's Medical Recovery Care Unit and put them in contact with VACAIL. In addition I also personally went to Southeastern Physical Therapy to get my physical therapy records and scanned and sent those as well. So I did the leg work for my own case. When the 2 years to settle was up, VACAIL attempted to pass me off the another law office in Norfolk claiming they didn't have a lawyer in Norfolk but if you look them up they advertise that they have Norfolk office. When we finally went to trial I'm expecting to see my lawyer and I meet someone that I never spoke with nor was I told anything about a the new lawyer being assigned to my case prior to trial. Although I was not informed about a new lawyer, him being assigned to my case it was the best thing VACAIL ever did on my behalf. The new lawyer Melvin Todd did a great job getting the ball rolling and expediting my case. He was very thorough and I wish he was assigned to my case from the very beginning because prior to Melvin Todd my case was just dragging. I even considered writing to the VA bar Association and had it not been for Melvin Todd I would have. I am so glad I don't have to deal with VACAIL again. Don't ever call a lawyer that you heard their advertisement on the radio.

I have great things to say about this law firm. My attorney was Melvin Todd. My case manager was Yolanda Babzine. Both individuals were always honest and compassionate during the last two years of my case. Clients must understand that each case is different. Insurance companies are different. So many times we expect personal injury claims to be wrapped up rather quickly. We must be patient. My case was settled two months ago. I am pleased with the results. I recommended a family member to CAIL. Please know that the firm is working tirelessly on your case—even if you don’t think they are. i'm a repeat client. What i like about this law firm, is that Christian Simpson and the Team keeps it real. if there's a hold-up in the case process, they'll explain it all, even if it's to difficult to hear. i would rather hear all the facts, instead of half of it or little pieces of it, like some of these other law firms do to their clients. So, the 2nd case was prolonged longer than usual, because of the pandemic and because other law firms were involved. But, Christian Simpson kept in touch with me and kept me updated on all that was going through the process and was patient with me, as i also was patient with him and the law firm. i was so satisfied with C.A.I.L. service, that i would recommend them to anybody. I can't say enough about the job that Attorney Simpson and his team did with my case. I was very uncertain what to expect during the process, especially during the pandemic. I was blown away by the way that the staff handled my case, ensuring that I knew what to expect every step along the way. They provided guidance on where things stood throughout the process and kept me updated at every turn.
