Great customer service

Wow I wished I read these review sooner. I would’ve never chosen this law firm. I never get any updates about my case unless I complain. I was in the same accident as my boyfriend and yet he has gotten his first settlement except the last one because it’s being held up by VA CAIL. They say they submitted everything but yet all roads lead back to them not doing there job. They are holding up my cases! And never have any information for me never responds. Never updates and blames everyone else without taking full accountability. I have the screenshots and emails from the law firm handling my boyfriends case stating these FACTS. I wish I could drop them. And I’m going to look into how I can get out of them representing myself and kids.

Mr Joshua Ellis was very persistent in resolving this case for my mom. He responded well in returning phone calls and is very optimistic to all questions and concerns about your case... Let's just hope that I shouldn't have to call upon him again. However, if I did Mr. Joshua Ellis will be the attorney for any future matters that may come my way. I have been with this company since 2019 when my car was totaled in a 6 car pile up and have yet to receive any compensation from my cases. My kids cases has been settled for a lengthy time now and have yet two be compensated for them. My case has yet to be settled and I constantly reach out to them and leave messages. Very seldom have I been reached out to on any updates on my case. We are now in the year 2021!! I’m very very unsatisfied with there services.

My fiancé had a hit and run dui felony charge and he got it non processed. He really has his clients best interest and he got the job done. Gotta love this man for real!
