I was facing 30 years from a false sexual assault allegation by a manipulative person and a eager junior counselor who convinced another person to make a false claim of verbal harassment. Ben attacked my case as if he was a ferocious lion. He found out that the prosecutor had lied and tried to manipulate the individual who wanted a harassment charge not only did Ben get the charge dropped but he also took the same client and had the individual say on record that they where lied to by the prosecutor. Then in a turn off events he was able to prove with hard evidence that the sexual harassment was a lie and that this individual has a history of making false claims which gave us the victory. Thanks to Ben I have been able to move forward with my life with a clear name. Which allowed me to transition to a 6 figure salary that requires a security clearance. I hired a attorney and left with my freedom, justice and friend for life. If you value your freedom hire Ben if you want to meet to bill cosby hire someone else.

Not only did he defend me viciously from false allegations, but he saved my career and my retirement he is a true.warrior and man of actions, he is worth more then his asking price if you want your career saved go with Big Ben if you want to go to jail hire someone else.

After a concocted sexual assault charge Ben was able to step in for his partner and finish the deal. I’m so glad that my wife reached out and located Katie then once she needed to pass to Ben he continued like a great teammate he was and is. As someone whom had never experienced trouble in my military career I had no idea of what to expect but at each step I received great advice and coverage from everyone at the law firm. At my elimination board Ben was able to drive home the truth that I was more of a victim than my accuser ever could be. Thankfully for my family and I the truth came out and my career was saved.
