I had a very horrible experience. I had heard the commercials on the raduo and they are very impressive however you dont get the same customers service once tou are a client. I spend 2 almost 3 years making phone calls to this office, stop by and had appointments on the calendar. There would be scheduled calls on the calendar and I would wait for a call at the date and time scheduled and never get a call. I even reached out to the office to have Mr. Simpson give a call and was told he was on vacation and still to this day never got a returned call. After 2 years of the back in forth, missed calls, stress,and uninformed about the status of my case I was transfered to an attorney in NC. That attorney settled my case with me still having outstanding hospital bills that would later lower my credit. I had high hopes about this attorney office from the advertising they do however I'm not pleased one bit to have my case go from person to person.

I had put information in online to something to connect me with a lawyer that would fit what I needed. It sent me to Mr. Ellis, who due to the dynamics of my unique situation, was very honest with me and explained that someone who specializes more in my area would be more appropriate. He still listened to everything I told him about my case, more than anyone else has, gave me advice and his take on it as well as took the time to connect me with someone he knew whom he felt would be more beneficial with my odd situation. One of the things I value most when looking for a lawyer is honesty, how well they listen, and ensuring I am going to be taken care of throughout the legal system. I feel like Mr. Ellis was very honest and straightforward, he definitely listened more than any other lawyer and still took the time to talk with me about it and offer another solution to help me out with someone equipped for my very unique situation.

I had the pleasure with working with Richard Naylor. He was very hostile to me and always was there when I needed him. He did an amazing job in court and if I needed someone again for an accident he would be my first call!!

Mr. Ellis was so professional and to the point. I felt so at ease after he reviewed my case that I knew he had me. He's a breath of fresh air in the time of a storm.

Got me the best outcome for my situation, I was extremely pleased with him, kept his word, and worked for me as he said he would. He & Chip (office manager) were professional, communicative and understanding. I have a lot of respect for them and I would recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel. Excellent Lawyer

Mr.Ellis and his assistant Chip were very easy going. They let me have a payment plan, they were cooperative, they assured me the worse and best case scenario so I can know what to expect. I felt comfortable with the whole process of my case and like I had a blanket over with me how much they took care of everything. I did not get questioned in court once regarding my case because they took care of my case by making a deal for me to pay some dues and community service to get my case dismissed. I definitely recommend them and there’s no one in town more responsive, friendly and professional. BEST IN THE CITY‼️

I used this law firm when I was in need. Mr. Ellis was a great resource all around and I would recommend him to others without question. I got prompt responses and an excellent demeanor when interacting with him. I felt very comfortable.

I called to get counsel and he quoted one thing and said something totally different once he placed a follow up call .I would not do business with him, because he did not recall what he quoted me and I can't trust someone who goes back off their word.He said he would go see my son and he never went and then he said he would charge a small fee to visit,but again ,that is not what you said.I was excited,but that has all changed ,so be mindful what you say. His word was not bond.
