I went to Big Al because I was in a car accident, no fault of my own but I felt I needed an attorney. They were a little rocky at first but as the time went on they assisted the best they could. Ms. Yulonda Belize, My Case Manager was VERY helpful and I was pleased that I could always reach Melvin Todd, the attorney, when I had a question, problem, or just needed answers. At the end it turned out to be okay. They kept the lines of communication open which I liked.

My experience with Mr. Melvin Todd was nothing short of amazing! He is very detailed and took the time to explain things in depth, making sure I understood what was happening throughout the whole process. He was very professional and responded to my calls/emails every single time. The biggest comfort for me was the way he connects. He is very kind and respectful. Making sure his clients get justice is his main focus!
