The team at VIL handled my nephews and mother’s case and they did an amazing job especially with the language barrier which was one of our concerns. These people are the worst to work with in Richmond Virginia area they give you a hard time not professional lack communication and I don't care how patient or professional you are with them they love to give you the run-around not answering the phone they have told me that my case manager was in a meeting in the office an come to find out she was not even in the country they definitely add on to stress and confusion never will I go here again nor recommend anyone to work with this office
