I have a tricky case that, and was unable to find anyone else to take it. The attorney and staff were very professional, but also, really nice to me. That meant a lot, as I was very anxious about this process. Tue receptionists and office manager, Ms Coates, are helpful and kind as well. I’d trust them to handle any HR case I had.
