After consulting with Mark Krudys, we hired him to represent my son in a medical malpractice suit. He took on his case when I had almost given up hope on anyone taking it. He listened attentively to everything we said. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also kind, considerate, and compassionate. Mark or Anna was always available if we had questions or concerns, never cutting us off short, or making us feel like we were a bother. I just cannot say enough good things about Mark or the Krudys Law Firm. Mark and Anna worked relentlessly to get my son the justice he deserved. I will forever be grateful to Mark Krudys. He diligently worked on my complicated white collar case for three years. Mark’s skills made him the perfect lawyer to deal with all of its aspects. Mark was extremely helpful for me. was walking home with my ex--just three blocks away from the bar. we had had a few to drink. i had an injured leg and was having trouble and we thought something might be wrong underneath my cast. anyway the ambulance showed up right after the police. my bipolar meds, mixed with the pain meds for my leg, mixed with the small amount of alcohol (i really kinda hate alcohol), had me acting a little mouthy and pushed me into the beginnings of a state of mania. so yes, the police arrive before ems, and i was manic and very disrespectful. i was taken to the magistrate and was cycling through states of bipolar mania/psychosis--i was appearing in front of judge cheekes. he did not grant me bail; and because my behaviour was so erratic, he ordered a psych eval before scheduling a bail hearing for me. so i was in richmond city jail for almost two weeks. the public defender saw me for maybe 10 minutes total. i had been charged with public intoxication and--WHOAH!@!@#% ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER!?!!?!?--i was cuffed and they dropped me and my foot hit one of their ankles and they considered that "assault." anyway, they proceeded to kick and punch me--3-4 of them. the more they abused me, the more i reacted verbally which pissed them off even more--it was like a terrible vicious cycle because apparently verbalising counts as "resisting arrest???." is this true? then they asked the woman to leave because she had an allergy to it. after she left, they got me with the pepper spray. on shot 3 i shut up. anyway, when i'd seen her earlier, the public defender said i could and would probably get 2 years for the assault charge and have one suspended...i was so scared. none of this seemed right. so my grandmother took the situation seriously and called Mark to ask him to refer a criminal attorney to us for my charge and he just replied with, "how about me!?" anyway, Mark Krudys had helped my family out before on some financial legal matters with a firm that was abusing my great-grandparents among other clients unrelated. Mark came in ON A SATURDAY NIGHT talked to the prosecutors and magistrate into letting me bond out and conceded that i was not capable of going to trial and understanding the charges, but that i was not when the alleged crimes occurred--so Mark did his thing--->Bam!!AND I WAS OUT IN TWO HOURS!! Mark came in to save me from richmond city jail on a saturday night--and i'll never forget how awesome and altruistic that was.

Mark listened carefully to the facts of my situation and provided excellent advice on how I should approach my situation. As a result of his advice, I was awarded a robust severance package. Mark Krudys and staff did an exceptional job with our case. I first engaged Mr. Krudys to assist with a contractual matter and other aspects related to my employment by a regional broker-dealer. Later, I further engaged him to assist in two specific cases, both of which were subject to arbitration. One involved the collection of a past due Note guaranteed by several business associates who failed to honor their guarantees when the issuer defaulted on payment to me of $300,000. Mr. Krudys moved swiftly and effectively to protect my rights under the Note and through the arbitration case and a subsequent appeal to the courts, he secured full payment plus expenses for me in the matter. In a second case, Mr. Krudys represented me against my former employer, and won a significant amount (over $350,000) that was due me in connection with my employment contract. I found Mr. Krudys to be cost-effective, knowledgeable, and current with the law. He is easy going in dealing with his client but a bulldog in pursuing his client's interests. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing representation in arbitration or employment matters.
