My fiancé and I went through a laundry list of problems with our apartment that the owner never bothered to fix and Richard helped us get out! He did a thorough job and explained what he changed, so we left his office feeling secure in the work he did. He also reviewed his trust document to check for any necessary language changes.

I honestly haven’t come across a better prepared lawyer. Far more impressively, one as agile at effectively applying and readapting that preparation on the fly when necessary. It always just feels like the optimal outcome is right at his fingertips regardless of shifting obstacles. And this man wastes no time going after them. Will always highly recommend.

I was in a difficult situation and a friend recommended this lawyer. Well, I followed the advice, and glad I did. Let's just say, he knew his stuff. He navigated me out of a very serious legal issue. Hopefully won't need him again but if I do, I would only call Richard Bozard.
