I have no doubt in my mind that Daniel Bounds would have handled my case adequately with good results. I thought that's who I was retaining, but I never received his expertise. My case was passed off to a lawyer that was inexperienced, and the worst litigator I ever met. She was beat down everytime I stepped into court with her by opposing counsels. The case I was involved in should have been easier to deal with, but I found myself on the losing end everytime and going further in the hole. I retained a new attorney that was a beast. She was able to go in and literally dismantle the opposing counsel. I paid Daniel Bounds prices and received court appointed lawyer results. I expressed my concerns to Daniel and my unsatisfied review of the lawyer he chose to represent me, but it was never changed. Very disappointed, as I referred this firm to someone else in another case and they received the same results, NOTHING but losses. The reviews you see are people who ACTUALLY had Daniel. If you use them, DO NOT except anyone else but him, I'm assuming, as I never had the chance to see. I'm still trying to figure out where $30,000 dollars went with this firm, but that's another issue I will deal with. In any case, please know that the person you speak to, and feel good about, is the person who will ACTUALLY be representing you.
