I never had to use a lawyer before this year. I am glad I chose Ben Rand for several reasons: 1- I did not understand the severarity of the case and the implications if would have on me in the long run 2-Ben made the legal process very easy to understand and put me at the ease the entire time 3.He checekd in regularly to make sure everything was on track and was available to me anytime of the day 4-His quality of service, responsiveness and integrity were beyond my expectations.

Ben is not just a lawyer, but he is a friend. He is very honest, even if it's not what you want to hear. He is respectful, and understands what's best for you, and your family. He is not one of those lawyers who will just take your money, and tell you anything. If it's a waste of time, and money he'll tell you. Mr. Rand has represented me several times, and I will be the first to say that He was worth every $$$$. It's hard to find good people now days. If you call Mr. Rand you got yourself a good lawyer, and friend!!!!

After a few years with no traffic violations, I was pulled over for speeding in a county that is notorious for being hard on people that don't obey the speed limit.
