These lawyers have no skill. They only want easy cases that are open and shut. If you call them to set up an appointment, they will call you back after they talk among themselves to figure if the case is easy enough for them to win. This law firm is a JOKE. All the positive ratings are from the easy cases that they had to do little work. Do yourself a favor and contact a REAL law firm.

It was a pleasure working with this company. I had a personal injury claim in which I did not know what I was doing. Parker Allen walked me through the process and was there to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend for any personal injury cases.

I was represented by attorney Robert C. T. Reed, I found him to be easy to talk to and communicated with me in terms that I could understand completely. I was pleasantly surprised that he had gotten more for me than I had expected and listened to my concerns and needs. The whole process was very professional and I never felt that I was not important as a client. Every question was answered in detail. I also want you to really recognize his Legal Assistant Denisha C.Edmonds. She was also extremely professional and responded to all my calls and questions in a very professional manner and always had kind words. Jennifer Capocelli was an excellent lawyer that I felt represented me above and beyond in my worker’s compensation claim. She was responsive and kept me informed about everything during the entire process.

I was in an accident on 7/6/21. I have received minimal communication and every time I call I receive information that I have a new legal assistant. I called again this week and my “new” assistant reassured me that I would receive a call the next day. It’s been four days. I’m so disappointed with this firm.

Another edit: See my review below, and my first edit to that review. So they finally did contact me and promise that if I ever applied for another position with them, their "communication would be much improved". So I found a "Case Accounting Specialist" posting online which interested me and for which I was qualified, and applied for it. Within minutes, I received an automated form letter in my email telling me that they would not be pursuing my application. So I guess that is what passes for "much improved communication". Quite laughable, in my opinion. EDIT: See their response to my review. That was over a week ago. Nobody has contacted me yet. I was supposed to have an interview with them for a Mailroom position. The night before my interview was scheduled to take place, the recruiter abruptly emailed me and canceled it. I was told that they had "made the decision to close the position." When I attempted to reach back out to them to get some type of explanation, they wouldn't respond to me. If this is how they treat their potential employees then I am afraid to find out how they treat potential clients.
