Recently had a family member totally misrepresented by a supposedly star criminal defense lawyer. That guy couldn't even handle the preliminary. Obviously we replaced him. Mr. Bender stepped in and not only saved the day but restored my faith in the entire judicial system which I've been a part of nearly 40 years myself. Mr. Bender really is Top Shelf Defense... Don't risk your freedom with the wrong attorney!!

Mr. Brooks is a great guy. I've got to be honest, at first I felt like he was not making enough effort for my case, but when the court date came I realized how good he is. I came out of the court extremely satisfied. I highly recommend him.

Mr Brooks was an excellent attorney. He was appointed to me by the courts, my experience with appointed attorneys has not been good to say the least, but with Mr Brooks it was different. He took his time, researched the facts and honestly fought for me in court as if I retained him myself. If ever needed (I hope I don't) but if I do I would I would definitely retain Mr Brooks and would highly recommend him to others as well.
