Unprofessional. Very poor communication. It’s really unfortunate because i had a slam dunk case and this guy couldn’t have the decency to tell me he wouldn’t be able to make it to our appointment.

Nicholas was beyond unprofessional. Scheduled and paid for 2 consultations and he was a no call no show for both. Zero communication and ghosted me. He doesn’t seem to have a great reputation either and was told that he usual is this way from the Va state bar. That says a lot honestly so be careful everyone.

Simopoulos Law provided excellent legal services. He skillfully guided me through a lengthy process full of bureaucratic obstacles and ending with very good results. There is an old saying, “People don’t care about how much you know, they want to know how much you care.” Nick Simopoulos knows a lot and cares a lot.

I met Nick during the second half of my second year of medical school, (now I am in my 4th year). I was looking for an attorney that specialized in educational law/disability law, as I am student that has ADHD and have received testing accommodations for almost 15 years now. To progress through medical school, a series of national board exams must be taken. I went through the proper channels, applied for accommodations months in advance, had the correct paperwork, however I was given the run around. Constant stalling tactics, improper interpretation of the law by the testing company, and just overall bullying the little guy. I sought out Nick's expertise in the matter and long story short it was VERY satisfactory result in our favor. Nick is kind, honest, and trustworthy. He was with me through this whole process and he was in constant communication with me. If I had a concern or question, he would respond immediately. After our victory I thought that I would no longer need his expertise, but boy was I wrong. Entering my 3rd year of medical school I experienced discrimination from a similar entity. Again, I reached out to Nick and after months of abuse, Nick was able to again score a successful victory. I have worked with Nick for close to 3 years now and I can honestly say, he a kindhearted and thoughtful person. We went from client-attorney to friends, he had my back like a friend would. It was a great pleasure working with him.

Nick is the best education lawyer I ever met. I ran into some issues with a school and he came in and took it over. I never had to stress or worry about the case after he picked up the case. He communicated with me every step of the way. He always kept me in the loop and he advocated for my son and I am so much appreciate for him. I will forever call on him if I run into any education problems. Another good thing he taught me so much just being my lawyer. I stand by him and support him. I was able to talk to Mr. Simopoulos on the phone to go over my legal situation. I found him to be very knowledgeable, direct and honest. I actually wish I had found him before hiring my previous attorney. He listened to my situation and I never felt rushed. I feel he provided me with excellent service and would recommend him without hesitation. My legal situation was in Title IX and I found this area to be very niche, so if you have a legal situation in this area of law, Mr. Simopoulos is your guy.
