Mr. Booberg helped my 86 year old mother resolve a personal injury situation. In addition to being an excellent attorney, he could not have been more kind and patient with her. Chris truly puts his clients needs first, and in my opinion you won't find a better lawyer.

Hands down, the best educational employment lawyer in the state. He had significant experience and skills in both pretrial and trial situations, leading to my desired outcome. On top of that, he was both realistic and fair with me, having zero legal prior knowledge. Having researched or interviewed with several other legal counsels, I can confidently say that Mr. Simopoulos is noticeably more knowledgeable, thoughtful, and tactful than anyone else in the state of Virginia.

We were aggressively courted by this firm while my wife and I were in the hospital awaiting the birth of our son, but their enthusiasm quickly turned to apathy. David Epperly confidently assured us that our case was a slam dunk, identifying only three potential obstacles that he claimed we could easily overcome. However, despite their initial zeal, the firm sat on our case for a full year, doing absolutely nothing to advance our claim. No OSHA report, no investigation, no progress whatsoever. And when they finally bothered to reach out, they had the audacity to claim that they had requested the report but had nothing to show for it. It's clear that our case fell through the cracks, and we were left to suffer the consequences of their inaction. I hope no one else has to endure the neglect and disappointment that my family experienced at the hands of this firm.
