I was in a bad car accident that was not my fault. Unfortunately, the guy that hit me barely had any insurance and I needed surgery and physical therapy that kept me out of work for almost a year. At the beginning of the case, it looked like I would be getting almost no compensation due to my high medical bills. Mr. Follis was able to research a few cases and work out a few things, which helped me be able to get a big enough settlement to catch up all my bills and have a little extra moving forward. If you have a difficult case or have been told by other lawyers you have no case, it wont hurt to reach out to them and see what they can do for you.
