Great attorney! He fights and work for you! I had a case in Henrico county, the judge and prosecutors were trying to do me dirty. We took it to trail and got a NOT GUILTY verdict and that was because Bullard worked/fought for me! He’s worked for my husband on multiple cases also. I refer everyone to him. Mr. Bullard saved me.I had 3 felony absconding probation violations 2 in Richmond and one in chesterfield, and one additional charge 4 warrants in total that were outstanding for 4 years. I was looking at 5+ years for sure. With 4 years sober, a farm business, a husband multipule kids and one on the way I changed my life completely. He saw the good i had done and he fought so hard for me. He took the time to listen and defend me endlessly when the prosecution didnt see a rehabilitated mom just another felon who deserved the book thrown at her. He fought for me when most people would not have. When I say fought I mean it. My richmond (3rd and 4th violation) warrants... dismissed and released from probation there all together. The additional charge null pros. And by the end it was time to face sentencing for chesterfield fully expecting to recieve atleast a year or two. This man argued on my behalf for over 20 minutes straight on all the reasons the person I am today doesn't deserve jail time, apologized to the court for talking for so long and continued to speak nothing but genuine positive facts about me and my life and the changes I've made. He remembered every detail of the conversations we had in the close to a years time we spent going back and forth to court. The judge who admitted she wanted to give me the full time but do to the large amount of positive evidence from mr.bullard they couldn't in good conscience do so. I walk away on probation that day. And quite literally one final chance at life. He never gave up, he never let up. He is one of the good ones. He is the reason my husband and all of my children never have to be without me, the reason I was able to go home from delivering my son last week as a family. If you need someone to truly care about you and your situation and take the time to defend you I strongly suggest Mr. Bullard. You don't find many lawyers that care and fight like he will that ALSO get the job done. If I would have had anyone else I genuinely believe I wouldn't be free to write this today.
