After numerous continuations by the prosecution in both Henrico and Goochland counties for any number of reasons (test results not ready, prosecution not prepared, etc.) Nicholas was able to convince both Henrico and Goochland counties to dismiss all charges with prejudice. Needless to say, we are very happy with the outcome.

I contacted Price- Benowitz for a consultation I received a criminal citation for breaking a city ordinance code. I was assigned to Nicholas Braswell. Thank God I got him !!!
