They were the law firm that assisted us to sell my late Mother’s house.

Used this law firm to close. Had a minor hiccup initially but once we got past it and actually went to close, everything was smooth. Very professional and they even have a kids toy closet. My daughter loves her Minnie Mouse she got!

We took out a refi loan on our home. We had to meet with them to finalize the loan and sign all the papers. Great firm. Treated us with respect. Beautiful waiting room. Nice meeting room. Every document was explained to us before we signed. If we didn't understand they took the time to go in depth detail to help us better understand. The lawyer would not let us sign or initail any page until EVERYTHING was understood. It made us feel safe and comfortable. Would happily use them again!

Used then for the purchase and selling of my home. Great service on the purchasing side, but when we sold our house they missed paying our home loan off even though we had 3 email correspondences in which they confirmed they would pay it off. When we brought it to their attention they told us to just pay the bank, but by the time we realized their mistake it was 7 days after we signed the papers and we owed the bank 7 additional days of mortgage and interest. So it cost us an additional $270 on top of what we paid to initially close. So even though they come highly rated, double check their work because their mistake will just become your mistake to fix

I used this place to close on a new construction home. They have a very unprofessional staff. I asked several questions that went unanswered for weeks - most of which never got answered unless I continually asked. With our house being new construction the closing date was set approximately 2 months in advance, yet this place couldn't tell me how much to bring to closing until the day before closing, and tried calling me 2 hours before closing that the amount needed to be changed. I had an issue after closing where they did not have the builder pay the correct amount of real estate tax on the property since the builder still owned the property when the county determined the effective date of the building value. I would call to check the status on this and they always gave me the runaround. They never got back to me on this issue. I had to work it out with the builder directly. Seems that they are either too busy, or just don't care. Based on the level of service you get, their closing fee is way too high. There are plenty of other places that can perform these services, so I would look around before settling on this place.
