I've been working with Emily and her team for the past three years. They've done a great job handling all aspects of the case. Very importantly, Emily and her team are very responsive and quick to act when needed (e.g. responding to an RFE). Dealing with USCIS is a long and complicated process, and I am incredibly grateful for having had Emily on my side. I've worked with several other immigration attorneys in the past, and I can honestly say that working with Emily was by far the best experience!

Sumner Immigration Law helped me through the process of family-based immigrant visa application from United Kingdom. Emily and Nikita were reachable and communicative with answers to our questions on DS-260 form, National Visa Center application, and the final step at US Consulate Embassy London . Emily prepared me for the interview at the US embassy in London days before the interview date. I don't think I could have navigated through the whole process without their guidance. I found them on google search and it turned out to be the best outcome. I would highly recommend Emily and Nikita for family-based immigration application!

Sumner Law is helping me with N400 Citizenship, the whole team - Emily, Namrata, Solange - is always on top of the case, documentation, followups with USCIS and ofcourse communication. Transferring my case here was one of the best decision I ever made. I transferred my employment based GC process to Sumner immigration after going through challenges with another group. My only regret is that I didn’t do it early enough. Communication was on spot, detailed and most of all, Sumner immigration is empathetic towards your process and truly understands how difficult and lengthy the whole process is. Sumner Law helped me and my family through the process of an employer based green card application. It was the worst time to apply as it was when the travel ban was implemented, and then the Covid19 Pandemic hit halfway during the process when everything was shut down and closed. However, Sumner law was on top of things throughout the process and were reachable at all times and that did not delay our process. The process took exactly the same time and went through all the steps that Emily Sumner explained to me on the first day I met her in their office. It took only 19 month from the day the first document was process until my family and I received our green cards.
