I was very please with Mr. Keith. He went over the whole process step by step so I would understand what would happen. I feel very secure with him handling my case.

Mr. Keith was very professional. He made sure we got all of our questions answered and was very attentive to the task in front of us. He was also not condescending. He treated us very respectfully.
