Lack of assistance with printing/copying documents for clients without access
“They aren't the kind of law firm that will make copies for you when you bring in the document. SERIOUSLY. If you email them the the documents they ask for, they won't print them out.”

Potential oversight in advising clients on certain debt relief options
“Conway also DID NOT INFORM HER her that as long as she paid the minimum $5 a month her medical creditor (hospital) couldn't report her as delinquent. They also didn't tell her to pause when Biden was exusing educational debt--the other part of her debt.”
