Ed Riley listened to details about my case, clearly explained to me my options and was up front about what realistic expectations I could have. My traffic violation was dismissed and I only had to go to traffic court, which was the best scenario I could have hoped for in my case. Mr. Riley appeared to have knowledge of and good rapport with the judges in this area. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this law firm. I got a reckless driving ticket in Dinwiddie County for driving 90 in a 70 mph zone (I was extremely late for work). Cody Remington got it knocked down to a simple speeding infraction, saving me a ton of money in insurance costs and avoiding putting any points on my license. Worth every penny! I receieved a misdemeanor reckless driving charge for my alleged speed (88 in a 70) as well as a radar detector ticket while on I85-N passing through Dinwiddie, Virginia. I called Riley and Wells and Cody Remington took my case. He was able to get the reckless charge down to defective equipment (a non-moving violation with no points) and greatly reduce the fine on the radar detector ticket.
