First off Aubrey is amazing!!!!! The level of compassion and empathy shown to my case is mesmerizing at the very least. Sometimes when you’re going through adversity a small gesture of kindness can go a long way. Thank you. Everyone is highly qualified at there jobs they give you tips and help out with not only the case but your real life as well. The law team is very understanding they gave me my space but at the same time will always make sure you are doing what your suppose to which is very important. Never have I felt unsecured in the process. Joshua is as well excellent and very good at his job. He would always make sure I was okay and would not let me slip through the cracks. If I’m not doing something correct he would talk to me in a very nice , concerned and understanding way. Sometimes that small push is well needed. You might not want to do something but ask them first I promise they have your best interest. Overall the Pendleton Team is just amazing and I’m so glad i actually reached out to them. Beat my speeding ticket easily--and the best thing is, is I didn't have to show up in court at all! All communication was done via phone and E-mail. Best money spent--feels good to fight the law and win!

I was very please with the outcome of my case and the service provided. As a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Maryland I have seen how some attorneys practice law versus how GOOD attorneys practice law. I can say Pendleton and Associates are definitely good attorneys. There was absolutely no pressure to hire them. And, I actually received precise answers to my questions rather than wish-washy responses!

I received a 91/70 reckless driving ticket in VA , originally from NJ and i did not know that the reckless driving ticket carried the misdemeanor charge along with it. They were able to reduce my charge to a ticket without the misdemeanor charge and less points. They answered all my questions and did a great job. would definitely recommend!

Saved me a missed day of work, 9 hours of driving, and the joy of spending my morning in traffic court for being possibly 2 mph over 80 in a 70 mph zone. Reckless driving ticket was reduced to defective speedometer, just a fine with no points. Thank You CP&A!
