They were very knowledgeable and thorough. Kept me up to date with the status of my claim. They involved me in decisions. They responded to my calls in a timely manner. All staff that I interacted with were very friendly. It was my first time ever having to consult a lawyer and they made the process less stressful. Would definitely recommend them.
