Great outcome! Expecting loss of license and points on record. Driving school and some community service instead. Noone could believe it. Referred Cody to lots of friends over the last 2 years. Everyone has been thrilled. Helped friends in Powhatan, Chesterfield, and City of Richmond. Will never go to court without a lawyer again.

I am very fortunate to have Mr. Remington from Riley & Wells represent my case and argue to have my Reckless driving case dismissed. The fee is nothing compared to all I have been saved from; a misdemeanor, jail time, suspension of license and points on my driving record, among others. This is great news for me since I have been very careful with my driving and work as a professional driver. I am blessed and will be more vigilant about speed laws. I was so afraid of choosing a mediocre lawyer, but, after talking with him, his voice tone gave me security, which was the only thing that I could count with since I live in North Carolina.
