This law firm was amazing I contacted them about my traffic violation ,I was out of town , they told me the information they needed driving record copy of citation I sent these things by email . Within days I had a continuous and on the day of court I was home taking care of my family ,later received an email that my case was completely dismissed ,what great news wow I was so happy !! No points on my record and no extra fees . I am so happy I was referred to this firm . I have already told my friends about them .

As I was driving to Harrisonburg VA from North Carolina with my wife to see our grand children, I was stopped for speeding in New Kent County, VA. The officer cited me for doing 75 in a 55 mile an hour in a work zone. I knew I was wrong, and I have to say the officer was as polite and as professional as any I have ever encountered. After I received my summons, I was just going to pay my fine and be done with it, until I discovered if I was found guilty of speeding over 14 miles per hour in Virginia, North Carolina would suspend my drivers license. I called a local lawyer friend and his assistant said I should find a lawyer in New Kent County to represent me and, as I am not all that computer literate, she helped me find Riley and Wells Attorneys-At-Law. After speaking with a couple of other firm, which I was not at all impressed by, I finally got a call from Mr. Joseph Dean II. Right away, from the questions he ask and his professional manner, I knew he was the person I wanted to represent me. His price was very reasonable and his assistant Kristin Carrington kept me informed and at ease through the whole procedure. I can't thank the enough for all they did and Highly recommend them any time you find yourself in need of a lawyer.

I had a situation with a speeding ticket on thanksgiving last year. I was very scared because I had never gotten a. Ticket for speeding over 20mph before and I know Virginia is very strict with their traffic laws. But after speaking with this attorneys office I was more than happy to work with them. I trusted them from the first day and even when I almost quit and said just leave it like that I guess they convinced me too keep fighting the charges it’s almost like my lawyer Mr. Remington knew exactly what the outcome would be and thanks to him my charges were dropped and the severity of the speeding ticket was lowered I thank them so much ! The best law office ever and their price for what they do for you as a customer is amazing.

Upon receiving a DUI and refusal charge on Memorial day weekend 2018 I started searching for a good attorney to represent me. My research led me to Ed Riley. I consider myself to be a good judge of character and after my first meeting with Mr. Riley I sensed that I had come to the right place. At the very first Mr. Riley looked for and worked on anything possible that could get the charges dismissed but there did not seem to be any magical get out of jail free cards. At my first court appearance the prosecuting attorney did not want to make any deals so Mr. Riley had the case continued. Mr Riley decided we needed to change strategy so He looked for and came up with something that may convince the prosecuting attorney to make a deal. Going back into court I had fully prepared myself that I could lose my license and job for a year. Ed Riley's hard work, determination and optimistic outlook on my case paid off and the charges were reduced from a dui and refusal to reckless driving after Mr. Riley made a deal with the prosecutor. Sometimes in life we make the wrong decisions or we are just in the wrong place at the wrong time and we will need help from someone who has our best interest in mind. Knowing from the beginning there were no guarantees in the outcome of my case I would need to learn patience and trust in the attorney I hired.
