Came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint, after being pulled over in a questionable nonexistent (work zone speed trap)on route 95. Riley and wells helped level the playing field. And I found myself after having a perfect driving record for 41 years I was facing a criminal reckless driving offense. With huge implications. Mr. Wells got my charge Reduced to just a fine and no implications to my driving record or my insurance. Great work thank you very much! Highly recommended if you find yourself in a similar position in Virginia.

My lawyer was Douglas White. I got a reckless speeding ticket by a state trooper 77/55. It’s a class 1 misdemeanor. He was not only able to get the reckless charge dropped but worked a deal with the commonwealth attorney to drop the charge to a non-moving violation of failure of equipment, which carried a $25 fee verse the $350+ plus a spike in car insurance cost and a misdemeanor on my record the other would’ve carried!!! He was very polite and reasonably priced!!!

Got nailed for reckless driving (going 11 over while passing someone... gotta love Virginia!) and didn't realize it wasn't simple speeding until the day before the court date as the officer was so kind as to leave that detail out of our conversation and off the ticket. Riley & Wells responded promptly to an evening email and represented me in court the next morning, getting the misdemeanor dropped to a non-moving violation. Very professional, prompt, and on top of everything. I'm very grateful for their help!
