If you need an honest upfront law firm that truly understands Virginia's reckless driving laws, call them! I am a 58-year-old Nana that was caught in Virginia's notorious speed traps in Petersburg, however I wasn't even going fast enough to pass a box truck. Received a reckless (75mph in a 55 mph on Interstate 95) driving summons. To make matters worse I live in South Carolina. I've never had a ticket in my life! I was a wreck after researching countless internet articles and reviews and statutes about Virginia law. I called several law firms some wanted as much as $1500 to represent me! I call Riley and Wells, a very nice Erin answered the phone and as I was explaining my situation(I was in tears) she promised someone would call me right back and that they could help, she really was compassionate and caring. Mr. Wells called me right back and told me exactly what he could do for me, and was very understanding and patient, answering all my questions. They charged me $750 and I hired and paid them that day, that's how confident Mr. Wells and Erin made me feel. I waited 3 long months for my court date, I didn't even have to drive back to Virginia, Mr. Wells took care of everything! My reckless driving was reduced to faulty equipment, $150 fine and court costs, that was best possible outcome! I know everyone's situation is different but if you need a good lawyer in Virginia call them! They return calls, emails and are very, very professional and knowledgeable!

In my experience the attorney created no benefit, and actually cost me $312 more then if I had just paid my ticket. I would recommend looking elsewhere for representation.
