I am very satisfied with my experience with Riley and Wells. They were efficient and professional. I am thrilled with my final court result!

The easiest process especially since I live out of state! I called two weeks before my court date and was able to email all of my documents, payment over the phone and my attorney (Cody Remington) was able to appear on my behalf without my presence and was able to get my reckless driving by speeding ticket reduced down to defective device. That means no points on my driving record! Very pleased with service!

Cody Remington and the staff at Riley & Wells did an excellent job representing me. They were able to get my case reduced from reckless driving to an infraction. This is the outcome I was hoping for and the price is well worth it for the piece of mind that comes with it. I figured it was worth a shot using this firm for this ticket based on the reviews and I was not disappointed in the slightest. I reside in New York so I was unable to personally attend the trial date and I was definitely worried about the capabilities of whatever lawyer I would choose seeing as how I would be placing a great deal of trust in them. Needless to say I was not let down in the slightest.

I'd recommend this firm especially to people who have received their first speeding ticket or are very nervous/anxious, I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. After receiving a reckless speeding ticket in Sussex County, VA, I reached out to Riley & Wells and was quickly put in contact with Mr. Cody Remington. As someone who had never had a speeding ticket before, I had been really shaken by the whole incident. (I was charged with 84/70, and in VA anything above 80mph is considered reckless.) Mr. Remington did a great job of explaining the charge to me and reassuring me that they would be able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation and with no points on my record. He and the other folks who I spoke to did a great job of thoroughly asking about the incident, asking if I was familiar with the car I was driving and other questions relating to the nature of being pulled over, so they had a proper understanding of the incident. I paid $250 upon starting my case with Riley & Wells, and another $250 about halfway through. Other than the information that I gave in my "consultation", they hadn't asked for anything else. Because of this, I was pretty nervous, not sure if they had everything that they needed. But when the time came for my trial, I called back later that afternoon to the good news that the charge had been reduced to a broken speedometer and that I would have a fine of $135 (plus around $60 of court fees). This was fantastic news to me, because the alternative would have meant having my license revoked and potentially a misdemeanor charge, since speeding is taken so seriously in VA. I was ticketed in Sussex County at 57/35. I was represented by Mr. Joe Dean in court and he managed to get my charge dismissed. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome.
