Cody was absolutely wonderful. I was on vacation in NC and drove back to MD on July 4th, only to get pulled over doing 84 in a 70mph zone. I started to look up the consequences online and became very worried. I knew I had made a mistake, but in MD 84mph does not constitute reckless driving... Cody managed to get my ticket waived down. I received no points on my license, just a fee from the state and the court. I am extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly, and quick to respond. Simple and easy instructions regarding what documents they needed from me to properly represent me. P.S. Hire a lawyer, don't show up to court. That is the advice I have gotten from numerous people. Sounds weird, but it works. Use this company!

I drove to VA in August (from FL) and on my way home I got pulled over right in Greensville going 85/70. Since this was my first time driving in VA, I had no clue about their crazy driving policy! Apparently anything over 80 is considered reckless driving!! I got a court summons on the spot...I seared for lawyers in the area when I got home and found Mitchell Wells! He got the misdemeanor reckless driving down to a "defective equipment non moving violation" !! He was professional, quick and the entire time was very friendly. Highly recommend!!!
