Mr. Remmington defended my daughter and was able to get a dismissal of her case. He was knowledgeable of the laws and we were able to resolve our matter very quickly. I would not hesitate to use him again if I ever have a traffic issue that I need assistance with.

Riley & Wells and especially my attorney Mr Remmington are a terrific group. I am particularly fond of how no nonsense and to the point they are.
I had a speeding ticket that would have otherwise landed me with a huge fine, points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. Mr Remmington resolved my case with the best possible outcome. I ended up with only a fine and a non moving violation for defective equipment.

I hired Cody Remington at this firm to handle a speeding ticket that I got in Virginia while driving north. He and his firm got me an excellent result (charge reduced to mere violation, no points, minor fine). They were responsive, good communicators, very professional, and they delivered! As a retired attorney I can say this is not always what you get when dealing with lawyers. I highly recommend Mr. Remington and Riley & Wells.

I was caught speeding, 85 / 70, serious charges! No way I was going about this without representation. I searched and spoke with multiple firms, but Riley & Wells stood out. In the end my instincts were right, no games, fair cost of services, with charges being reduced to a 'no points' infraction. Thank you guys, I hope to never need you again :)!

Great Attorneys and fantastic staff. Jana and Attorney Cody were quick to respond on every question we had regarding traffic ticket. We didn't have to travel back to Virginia for court date, Cody was able to get our ticket dropped from reckless driving to improper driving and NO points! I highly recommend this group.

I recommend this firm and specifically Mr. Wells. They are tinacious about getting you the results you desire and knew the Virginia system and did their homework on specific variables that could take place so they could plan for and counter them. The price is more than reasonable and well worth the money.
