Whatever you do, don't get a ticket in VA. However, if you do, you're in good hands with Mitch and the guys at Riley and Wells. They come highly recommended, and they earn their reputation. ...well worth the retainer.

Mitch Wells was such a pleasure to work with. He is very charismatic and it was obvious that he had a good repute with the judge and officers who were present. Because of this, he was able to easily dismiss my speeding ticket (60 in a 45) in exchange for driving school and court costs. This was not my first ticket and I probably wouldn’t have stood a chance otherwise. I am so grateful that he was able to help me out. My dad is also very happy that our insurance won’t be going up! If you have a lead foot like I do (or a daughter who does), I would definitely recommend using this firm. Thanks again!

Virginia is one of the strictest states as far as driving is concerned. I got a ticket and found out it was gonna affect my license.
