So many great things to say about Mr. Riley and his team. More than I have time to articulate. If you're reading this, it's likely because you're in crisis. I was when I hired Mr. Riley and now my life if moving forward and all of this is behind me. Make the right choice, Hire this man. He's compassionate, intelligent, skillful, a fighter, and has so many years of experience he's honed his trade with. Make the right decision for your life, Hire Mr. Riley, then pay it forward by telling everyone else how amazing your experience was so they know who they can trust to do battle on your behalf. He will put in the time and trust me, you want what he brings to the table.

So I've done 9 yrs without my driver license. As I was headed north on 95 I was stopped by a state boy for a 78/60 and a violation of my restricted license, just because I for got a peace of paper. With my past record I was looking at a year or more without the help of Riley & Wells. I provided them with the info the requested and that I could provide and he went to work. Now when the day came I was stressing out because I know what I was facing a year in jail and another year of no license. Needless to say Mr.Wells walked me out side we talk for a few and said don't worry you're going home. All charges was dropped, never in my life I have I been able to walk in and out of court in the same day. I highly recommend this law firm to represent anyone that has a past to worry about. I will always be a faithful customer i ever need them again.

While returning to NJ from SC, my wife was cited for doing 81 in a 70 and while we actually going nowhere near 81 mph, we were not overly confident in our ability to fight the charge from such a long distance. We contacted Riley & Wells, provided the details and they were able to help us lower the charge to a non moving violation, which was a huge help. We had several VA plates in front of us, moving faster, and several behind and still the officer pulled us out of the group. (NJ Plates) Something needs to be done about the dishonest way that the State of VA rakes in 100+ million a year in fines on the backs of out of state motorists. Thanks to Riley & Wells, at least we have a fighting chance! Hopewell, VA alone on a 2 mile stretch of 295 issues over 1000 speeding tickets per month and generate roughly 1.8 million per year for their town. The only problem is, folks like us were not speeding at the rates they claim and they know that most are passing through and have to either hire an attorney or eat crow and pay the fines. Until it changes, please keep fighting for the people getting the shaft! Thank you!

Fantastic experience. An incident with my dog caused unintended acceleration resulting in exceeding the posted limit by a lot. The Wells firm took my case and got the changes dismissed as long as I complete an 8 hour online driving course, which I am doing. I trusted them and they came through possibly in part to my excellent driving record prior to this unfortunate and freak incident
